The house is divided into two separate units each with its own entrance, terraces and panoramic views. Each apartment has it's own modern fully equipped kitchens, laundry rooms, living rooms, dining rooms and antique fireplaces. The home can be used as two apartments or one large home with an interior door that connects the two.

The larger unit has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, three fireplaces including a wood & pellet burning fireplace that creates radient, under the floor, heat. The master bedroom has its own terrace with a hot tub, with views of the countryside during the day and the stars at night. The second apartment has two large bedrooms each with its own bathroom, fireplace and terrace.

There are the possibilities of adding a pool and an additional building of 250 sq. meters. Perugia Airport (PEG) is only ten minutes from Assisi and only 20 minutes from the Villa.
